About Us
We’re Max and Susi – a Vienna-based couple with a passion for food, strength training, and our “housekeeper” Hafthor, the French Bulldog.
Driven by a goal-getter mindset (with a healthy dose of craziness), we’ve poured our personality into Oakwood Living – a space that’s as bold, fun, and focused as we are.

Our apartment is located in Vienna’s 12th district, just 10 minutes from two different subway stations, as well as a main train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. The famous Schönbrunn Palace is within walking distance, perfect for a cultural day out. And in only five minutes, you can escape into peaceful green spaces for a relaxing stroll in nature.
